In Year 4 a season ago, Tennessee Tech signee Jack Warwick recorded a super human 175 tackles to ensure the most prestigious honor in all of high school football remained defense-only.

It took Dylan Hopkins averaging 36 yards per catch his senior season at Maryville in 2017 for an offensive player to finally break through. Sure, the 2017 Barley’s/Blount Press Row Player of the Year caught only two passes all season, but that second one no one’s ever going to forget.
