She’s so quiet and unassuming, you don’t fully grasp the skill Cindy Nowlin brings to photography until she turns in her photos at week’s end.

She likes to move around. Since she shot the Alcoa/Maryville clash a year ago, she asked, specifically, for the Heritage/William Blount rivalry this time up. Glad she did. She killed.

The leadoff shot of Mountaineer receiver Kyle Noe (above) got us real good when we first saw it Friday night. It only got better from there.
