James Ambagis and D.J. Cooper staked Heritage to a two-touchdown lead after a quarter.

It was a lot bigger than that, though.

The quick start was not only decisive in a 47-34 win over William Blount in the battle of the bell Friday night at Jack Renfro Stadium. It speaks to just how good these Mountaineers could be by season’s end.
