Alcoa/G-P one game from dream final

One more, and district and region rivals Alcoa and Gatlinburg-Pittman will meet again in Saturday’s state championship game in Murfreesboro.

As Tim piloted the starship Russell off the mountain, we turned to the longtime Alcoa educator and coach and offered: “That would be a great state championship game in about a week’s time.”

Once home, we slipped the footage into the training folder and crossed our fingers.
