It can happen fast.
Ashlyn Stalcup showed off an arsenal of 3-point shooting and nifty drives to pace three-time defending champion Prospect to a 15-2 lead at the half. That’s an ominous deficit for an elementary game, but it can be done.
When Stalcup’s equally versatile backcourt mate, Tigers guard Brytt Coker, put a little more on to start the second half, Prospect erupted for a 23-point third quarter to put it away.
