Third-grader sparks SESI to first crown

Located in the building where the high school of the same name once churned out such stars as Kenny Teffeteller and Sue Thomas, the Samuel Everett School of Innovation (SESI) put its first elementary basketball team on the floor four years ago.

The inaugural SESI Bulldogs didn’t win a game that season, but, way out on Tatooine, The Chosen One was working on his crossover.
