One pitch, and West was a run down.
Kassidy Dunn deposited Lexy Turner’s first offering of the afternoon behind the fencing in centerfield.
Older sister Kailey Dunn came within a warning-track blast of duplicating the feat — to the same spot — a batter later.
William Blount was never threatened after the explosive start, blanking the Lady Rebels, 15-0, on senior day at newly christened Chris Houser Field on Thursday.
