Clifton enters tonight’s MLB Draft with refreshing perspective

A mid 90s fastball has Clifton a likely early selection in tonight's draft.

“When you start talking to the pro scouts, they go straight to the money,” Dennis Clifton said.

Baseball America has the Oakland Athletics selecting Clifton’s son, Trevor, with the No. 71 pick in tonight’s Major League Baseball Draft.
