Governors break through on Bloom 80-yard scoring strike

Knoxville – On third-and-10, with the shadow of the goal post looming over his shoulder, William Blount quarterback Tim Green was running out of chances when he found Lane Bloom on the near sideline for the go ahead score.

The 80-yard strike handed the Governors a lead they would never surrender in a 30-20 win at Central on Friday.
