Mickey Chait is among the early favorites.
The West High School product consistently kept his throws at the numbers as the Maryville College football team opened fall camp Sunday afternoon.
Chait is one of several young quarterbacks, along with a strong-armed junior transfer, competing to become the starter in Mike Rader’s first season as coach.
