Welcome to the new “Blount Press Row.”
When we first launched the site back in November, we did so in a really big hurry. We had no choice.
The newspaper “Blount Today” closed in late October. Yours truly was its sports editor. The powers that be came in on a Monday, took us all in a conference room and told the staff the paper would cease to exist on Thursday.
Business decision, we were told. Game over.
Well, Shazam! This isn’t good.
