The line between confident and foolhardy isn’t always easy to discern.
That wasn’t the case Tuesday, Maryville junior Emma Rice and senior Kiera Giacomini combining on a stunning goal in the last three minutes to salvage a 1-1 draw with Science Hill at the field at John Sevier.
